Pricing

The TARGET rate is our most affordable option — a $35 flat rate for direct, no-stop trips within a 15-mile radius of Kalamazoo (CABX base radius).

1st Class riders receive a $20 food voucher (including tax) per ride, shared among up to 3 passengers. Please read the following terms carefully.

Voucher Rules

  • $20 total value, including tax — one use per ride
  • Shared among all passengers in the vehicle (up to 3)
  • Must be requested at the time of booking in the notes section of your reservation
  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required, regardless of pickup time or trip duration — this gives your driver time to purchase items in advance

Food & Drink Guidelines

  • Items must not be messy, spill-prone, or have strong or unpleasant odors
  • Riders are responsible for cleaning up after themselves
  • If a food or drink item is spilled, an $80 cleaning fee may apply
  • All trash must be properly disposed of by the rider

Driver Discretion

  • Drivers may choose whether or not to allow food in their vehicle
  • The voucher is not guaranteed and cannot be saved for a future ride
  • The driver must agree to participate, as they are responsible for purchasing items in advance

$150/hr — your personal chauffeur, available for any destination.

Yes. Students, first responders, and active military/veterans qualify for a $3.00/mile verified rate.

Stops vary by service tier. Economy and TARGET are direct only. Coach, 1st Class, and Private Driver include unlimited stops. The Verified Rate includes 1 stop.
No. Tips are not included in any rate but are appreciated for exceptional service.

Booking & Payment

Before midnight: Minimum 4 hours advance notice required.

After midnight: Minimum 6 hours advance notice required — services operate on-call during late-night hours.

Bookings that do not meet these notice requirements may not be fulfilled. You are welcome to submit a request; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Lost & Forgotten Items

CABX is not responsible for returning lost or forgotten property.

Due to our scheduled ride commitments, drivers are unable to return to previous locations or hold items between trips. Please ensure all personal belongings are collected before your driver departs.

Depending on the nature of the item, property left in a CABX vehicle may be turned over to the local police department for safekeeping.

We strongly encourage all riders to do a final check of the vehicle before the driver leaves. Once the driver has departed, CABX assumes no liability for any items left behind.

Vehicles & Amenities

Vehicles are cleaned at least twice daily or more when necessary. A strict cleanliness standard is maintained on every trip.
Up to 3 passengers per trip. Expanded fleet options are planned for the future.
Yes. iPhone and USB-C chargers are available onboard on every trip.

Pet & Service Animal Policy

Yes. Service dogs are always welcome at no additional cost.
A $40 pet travel fee applies per trip.
  • 1 medium-sized pet, or
  • 2 small pets in carriers
The Private Driver / Chauffeur tier includes pets (cleaning fee may still apply).

An $80 cleaning fee may be charged on any ride, across all service tiers, at the driver's discretion.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Pet-related mess or excessive shedding
  • Bodily fluids of any kind
  • Excessive odors requiring deodorization
  • Items left behind that require additional cleaning or disposal
  • Any other condition leaving the vehicle in a state requiring extra cleaning

This policy applies to all tiers: TARGET, Economy, Coach, 1st Class, and Private Driver / Chauffeur.
