Booking & Availability

All bookings are reviewed and confirmed by CABX. Book any time slot — we'll confirm availability promptly. CABX operates as an appointment-based service.

On-Call Hours (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM)

Slots between midnight and 9 AM require a minimum 6-hour advance notice. Overnight rides may not be fulfilled — please book ahead or call to confirm.

• Full payment required before or at time of service.
• All passengers must wear seatbelts (Michigan law).
• No smoking, vaping, or open alcohol containers.
• Disruptive or aggressive behavior is prohibited.

CABX Booking Policy — Please Read Before Continuing

Age Requirement & Account Enforcement

You must be 18 years of age or older to book with CABX. Underage riders will be refused service and no refund will be issued. CABX administrators reserve the right to block any user account for policy violations, fraud, repeated no-shows, or abusive behavior. Penalized users may be permanently banned from the platform and refused service with no appeal — no exceptions and no refunds.

Health & Safety

If you feel ill, experience a cough, cold, or any symptoms, you must wear a mask inside all CABX vehicles to protect drivers and passengers. Non-compliance may result in immediate trip cancellation. Safety is not optional at CABX.

• All passengers must wear seatbelts (Michigan law). Children must be in proper age/weight-appropriate restraints — we cannot provide these; parents/guardians are responsible.
• No smoking, vaping, or open alcohol containers permitted.
• Disruptive or aggressive behavior is prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for any vehicle damage they cause.
• CABX drivers are independent 1099 contractors. Claims are strictly between passenger and driver.

Payment & Refunds

Enter the exact Final Total from the CABX Estimator. Mismatched payments may be cancelled as non-refundable. Valid cancellations refunded within 5–10 business days if cancelled before dispatch. Once a driver is dispatched, all payments are non-refundable.
